A master request for theme ideas!

Context: I write primarily short stories and tend to have specific sections for the draft and notes and such. I know I can make different documents for these but I like having them in one document because these are typically short stories and it would make things too unwieldy to manage all those separately. Ideally, it'd be nice to be able to create a document and set it as a template. That way when creating a new document from the dashboard, I could select either a blank document or a template. Alternative solution: Have the ability to duplicate a document from the dashboard (i.e. the 3 dot sub menu for each document has Rename, Move, and Delete - having a Duplicate option could be an quicker win perhaps)

Something similar to Arcstudio or Scrivener’s scriptwriting mode, which is a toggle-able template specifically for writing scripts. When in that mode, the editor auto formats the various lines such as scene heading, action, character, dialogue etc, so that the writer can just keep writing without having to stop and do everything manually. As someone who writes both traditional novels and game scripts, this would be incredibly useful to have all in one app.

This may be out of the scope for Ellipsus, but allowing communities to share their templates may be beneficial. I’m thinking something similar to template sharing function on Notion, or one akin to sharing pre-coded Tumblr’s blog themes.

Adding the templates feature when creating a draft in a document

I fI know ellpisus is more of a platform for your own writing, but I think it would be nice if there were weekly writing prompts that people could submit to and then you could read through people's stories and comment on them, maybe? I feel like it could add to the community aspect and would be fun to interact with each other's writing, but I get that it might be leaning too much towards more social-media kind of a space.

I think it'd be great to be able to use the templates in other languages. Maybe allowing community to help? There's a lot of useful info in them, but there's no way to use them effectively at times... I don't like to spend time translating everything. Different languages for Ellipsus's UI would be great too (it appears it's only in English for now), but a translation for the already existing templates could be a nice start to extend its use to users whose native language is different from English.

Personally I have always done better doing my drafting by making charts or flow maps. So I hoped that we could have an option to add tables to better organize everything.
