Update: new support system, knowledge base

In order to better support our over 600k users, we've moved to a new support tool! As a result, you might encounter some 404s on existing blog posts, emails, etc., but we're getting things switched over within Ellipsus and in all new posts and updates.

You can still find all of the Ellipsus help articles at help.ellipsus.com, as well as within the support widget, which you can access from your Ellipsus dashboard or within any document/draft!
